Process documentation generally could be improved and done much more systematically. On the basis of your idea Silvia, we could even produce some short sort of ‘learning from failure’ briefs – if we did that we would actually be at the forefront of ‘adaptive management’, smart, innovative, agile organisations. Can we take this challenge?
Oh, and for that matter, failure is perhaps a big word, but the idea of not achieving quite successfully is central to the experience of all greatest innovators, so we shouldn’t fear this seemingly negative connotation.
