Thus any PPP studies would I think be best place in the context of, say, CRP livestock and fish, etc.

Thanks a lot for this very crucial comment.
I will focus on developing smallholder farmers’ capacities to actively engage in market (both domestic and export markets) being market oriented, the capacity to access animal health services and the capacity to get credit through public-private partnerships with traders, with abattoirs, with private veterinarians and with microfinance institutions. In order to roll out PPPs to develop these capacities of the smallholder farmers, I am targeting sheep and goat value chains in Ethiopia.
