Aflatoxins: a food security threat across the crop-livestock interface

    • toxic to humans and livestock: disease (carcinogen), stunting, block nutrient uptake, death
    • crops, dairy products, meat, eggs contaminated
    • Negative impact on agriculture, health, trade and environment
    • Often undetectable/invisible
