Micro Finance Unit
The Micro Finance Unit (MFU) is a semi-autonomous body under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance (MoF) to facilitate access to financial services for micro-entrepreneurs and the un-banked population through creating an enabling environment for the sector. The Unit plays a facilitative role through its engagement with the financial regulators, policy-makers and the financial sector in the implementation of the country’s National Financial Inclusion Agenda.
