  The aim of the Rural Finance and Enterprise Development Programme (RFEDP) is to facilitate access to financial services for the rural un-banked population.

  This paper assesses the prevailing situation of  access to finance for small-holder agriculture in Swaziland and draws lessons from the implementation of the RFEDP.
